The sworn statement under oath was that this is impossible without somebody intentionally changing the settings. That is not grasping at straws that is a crime alleged by somebody under oath.

This situation is more ridiculous now. Rather than prove everything was above water, everything is tossed out because nobody can prove intent. To hell with finding out of crimes were even committed.

There couldn’t prove an issue with the chain of custody because they misunderstood the process.
