Cochise County AZ refuses to certify the votes from their county

This would disenfranchise a ton of mostly republican voters and flip a house seat from Republican to Democrat

Katie hobbs sues to prevent this. Why would hobbs sue instead of allow the seat to flip to Democrat, especially if she is an election cheater?

I hope the republican board of supervisors who refuse to certify don't just get a slap on the wrist. Hope they see some serious jail time to set the precedent that this is not ok

Imagine a world where voting machines literally broke down on voting day, voters were told to just go home and come back maybe later if the machines are working.



Now imagine one of those political cartoons where Kari lake is on one side saying Arizona has problems conducting elections, where on the other side some seedy characters are trying to fix broken ballot machines while screaming “election denier”.

I don't see how else to clean up the mail-in exposure to fraud other than by force, or winning elections to change the laws back to something more tenable. Obviously the beneficiaries of cheating will never admit cheating exists, so this argument is pointless.
