It’s voluntary

If you don’t like the terms of a contract, you have 3 options
1. Sign and deal with it
2. Negotiate
3. Find another job that allows you to be a moron without consequences

The 4th option: make a huge deal out of it. Bring it to the public's attention. Employment contracts shouldn't be trying to take away people's freedoms. Make this illegal. From then on, nobody has to choose between feeding themselves and keeping their freedoms. This is a huge win for the working people.

Companies have a right to protect their image and release employees under right to work conditions. I'm sure you'd like to fly your nazi flag at not have consequences, but that isn't reality.

No because it makes no logical sense

You still haven’t provided an example of someone doing “political behaviours” that has faced consequences

It makes perfect sense. People shouldn't have to give up their freedoms just for a paycheck.

That contract is invalid and should be illegal.
