Pretty much its already been posted, guns are tools they are not good or bad but there are good or bad people with good or bad intentions that do good or bad things.


Guns have also been around since the founding of the US and up until 1986 you could walk into a hardware store and buy a machine gun provided you had enough money for it. You could also buy a gun through the mail without going through any kind of background check and it would be delivered straight to your door. Semi automatic firearms and "high capacity" magazines have been around and available to the public since they were invented. What is different now is a complete shift in society in the areas of morality and personal responsibility and we're shocked when bad people do bad things with guns.
