You make a lot of presumptions with no evidence to back them up.

Why are you even on these forums if you're going to spew non-sense with every single post?

Poor conservative failing at life hasn't managed to improve his life in three years.

Boo hoo Biden bad making my life worse. Dark Brandon is lifting everybody up who's worth it, apparently you aren't.

Has anybody acknowledged this move releases zero prisoners and effects roughly 6,000 people convicted within the last 30 years.

Still a good thing. Yeah I saw that the number was less than 10k.

Honestly I'm hoping it's a move that precedes rescheduling marijuana.

Most small drug offenses are prosecuted at the state level. So there's just not a lot of federal simple marijuana posession prisoners to release.

There were zero prisoners. Rescheduling marijuana would be good, but this is just a stunt. Biden has used executive order to do so many things that many disagree with. If he wanted to actually solve this problem he would just do it. He wouldn’t start a conversation to discuss how to allocate the proper resources to figure out how to reschedule the drug in the future, or whatever bogus politician jive you can insert to this. Nobody would fight the democrats on this, so there is finally an opportunity for true bipartisan support for something.

But instead we get something like 6,500 pardons which changes papers. Nobody was released and states who arrest people for having a roach in their ash tray still can.

He can't change state level policy.

He is a corporate Democrat at heart. It will take a year for him to think about rescheduling even if it's an obvious thing.

Also lots of Republicans are still against Marijuana. So it's not something truly bipartisan. And even more will be against it just because it's a Democrat doing it

I don’t see much opposition if this actually came to a vote. Even the most conservative minded individuals don’t think weed needs to be completely illegal. Having sales and manufacturing regulations similar to or even identical to alcohol/tobacco would be a guaranteed win for everybody.
