No it doesn't LOL. If you ever learned about education you'd know that isn't true. Learning how to critically think and reasoning/logic skills are lessons themselves, aside from specific subject matter. Some subject matter is geared towards using these elements... But teachers who teach in lower income places generally don't have the best of these themselves.
We don't have critical thinking and logic and reason being explained even in middle class areas. They are mainly for the kids who are in the accelerated courses, where things are more explained and they have more agency in their lessons.

When you are ignorant about the system and how learning works, please don't assert things as if you have an understanding. Thanks.

This is skewed. Differences in education systems and people who will be tested by IQ in comparison to the average would change these numbers drastically.

For example, if all of teh countryside of china was tested, it'd be in the bottom half if not lower.
