You clearly made a mistake. Russia doesn't give a damn about Sweden/Finland cuz it's EU, they care about Ukraine because of Crimea/Sevastopol and a Russian speaking minority in Eastern Ukraine.

Nope. Russia does NOT support NATO expansion and does not support Finland or Sweden joining NATO. They obviously care and the potential security risks are obvious which is why they've made threats against both nations.

No one has disputed that Russia cares about Crimea and Sevastopol. The issue is if it was in danger post annexation and before the war. The answer is unequivocally NO.

They don't give a damn dude that's something entirely different than supporting it. It means they will take counter measures whatever that may be but they don't lose a naval base like in the case of losing Crimea.

My argument makes perfect sense, NATO doesn't need a direct confrontation with Russia therefore NATO membership is out of the question right now but it could become a problem in the future if Ukraine becomes a member and suddenly wants lost territories back. This would be a huge problem for Russia.
