Korean war is both koreans and koreans fighting with the CCP helping the North and USA helping the South.
The casualties from the NK and Chinks are much larger than the Americans and the American lead South, I believe.

The Japanese were probably the worst for their war crimes. It got a fraction of the coverage of the National socialists (also due to China, where a lot of the atrocities happened, being closed up for so long). I did a report in world history class on what happened in Nanjing during high school and the crimes there by imperial Japan were nothing short of despicable.
