You should have actually watched the hearings. Lindsay Graham said this, but he grandstanded and talked about Kavanaugh for a half hour, made up some stuff, and stormed out in a temper tantrum after looking like an ass.
Ted Cruz pulled out pages printed from a baby book and his staff thought it would be a good idea. He gave her a tee ball question which she answered in a way that defended private schools and charter schools and basically kneecapped him. He looked so stupid.
You had a senator complain about activist judges and their role in Loving vs Virginia.....LOVING VS FUCKING VIRGINIA. He said the states have a right to decide who is allowed to be married, including states that banned interracial marriage.
You had a senator make a statement that two gay people getting married someone effects his own freedom of religion. That doesn't make any sense and none of his peers called him out.
You had a senator, a white woman who is the epitome of white privilege, and inheritor by vocation, start by stating white privilege doesn't exist in America. The first black woman being nominated to a court that has had over 150 judges all of them being white men except like three.
It is crazy that you guys truly believe that history hasn't produced a single Hispanic person, Asian person, black woman, etc, that could equal the white men nominated to the bench. And when it was stated that it just wasn't going to go to a white guy again people actually cried discrimination.
Naw man, you can't make that statement and go unchallenged. They said they were going to be classier, and they failed completely. They were way worse than the democrats were. And this justice is just so much greater than Kavanaugh is in quality., He is like "I Like beer. I drink beer. My friends like beer". Hell yeah dude. He was in a fraternity and that checks out. Not the intellectual hard working type that Justice Jackson is.
She is more qualified than any other justice on the bench when they were appointed, objectively.

Jackson seems well-qualified. The softness on sicko pedo criminal sentencing is off-putting but plenty of judges are that way across the board and it’s part and parcel of being a lefty nowadays (hence the need for laws to stop this crap in schools in Florida)
