Before peoples brains evolved and understanding of natural phenomena occurred people used to blame the gods, and not just any gods but gods they didn't like or their priest/kings didn't agree with.
I think there is much more advanced/progressive thinkers on this planet now. But sadly there is a whole slew of lazy dum dums. Who have no clue of why or how, so they create posts on the internet displaying that ignorance.
I would suggest widening your perspective a little rather then confirmation bias sources. Challenge yourself to find information from the other sides perspective or at least more neutral sources
A spreadsheet of why people are dying and from what would be a good start. For example accidents, gang related, domestic violence, etc
