If it didn't happen on the 13th then it doesn't matter. Spotify was dipping along with the rest of the market since then and it's unlikely that Neil had anything to do with it.

Stock movements are just shitty headlines. I very much dislike any time somebody says "POLITICAL EVENT CAUSED STOCK TO DIP". No, it didn't. It virtually never does.

He has his audience that's more or less plateaued at this point. Like a Howard Stern figure. Wildly successful for a guy whose career interests were getting kicked in the head for fun and telling mediocre jokes. Its affected his thinking a lil though.

No it isn't.
here is why.

When you don't own or poses a physical copy.
Then using/listening to it becomes a privilege.
A privilege that can be taken away at any time.
This applies to any streaming or cloud service.

Don't let someone else own or control your stuff.
and certainly dont pay them to do it...
