this lack of logic is one of the greatest hurdles for conspiracy theorists to clear.

I find it to strange that the government would put more barriers on private owners for no reason. It's important to let small business owners and bigger companies to find a way to get all equipment and work out of the path of the storm. Even if it meant overusing tractor trailers and Uhaul trucks to drive out of the path of the storm. As for the people living in Kentucky, it's all up to them to drive their family out of the storm and take anything important with them.

Planning and preparation is important. They are life saving assets that will get you through the toughest times. Nobody should be allowed to stop you or threaten your job or whatsoever just because you are doing the right thing by avoiding the storm.
