No matter how you look at it... the time to decide is before the woman gets pregnant. It's the responsibility of both "partakers".
Any discussion of whether or not to be pregnant, AFTER the woman is pregnant, is just trying to justify lack of forethought.

Yes they should but ultimately that does not always happen. So we work in reality.

Why though? A fetus of 20 weeks or less, when born prematurely, is never viable. They cannot survive outside the uterus. Im genuinely curious as to why do you see personhood being applicable such an entity?
