mexicans have tiniest penis. Average height comes in to play. Mexians shortest then asians, then whites, then blacks

Latinos are people of Portuguese/Spanish descent mixed with Native Americans. Native Americans are related to Asians more than any other ethnicity.

Northern European whites are insanely tall, but they aren't as genetically gifted in plyometrics like their ebonic counterparts - so we don't see a lot of them in the NBA; or other places you'd expect to see tall people.
