Your rights being inalienable are not in the constitution.

You violate your responsibility, such as by using your rights in a bad way, you lose them. That's why jails exist.

So then they aren't inalienable. Since that's where your "inalienable rights" are codified.

But they can be very easily taken. In fact we did it to millions of people for the first hundred years of this country.

Took nothing, all spoils of war or do you want to discredit all conquest in all of human history? Maybe an asterisk?

Allow me to be crystal clear for you.

In the republic of the United States of America we as free men* have inalienable rights that can not be taken away for any reason.

*At the time when this was written the term free men only applied to the white men. Written for them, by them. It did not apply to any others. in modern times this has changed to include all people.

You know this.

My original point being, No I do not have to take a jab and not doing so doesn't remove my inalienable rights.

But if you use your rights in ways that are against the law you lose them, and if society changes again to exclude you the same way they were excluded for slaves then you would also lose them.

No, laws can never supersede your inalienable rights. That's why it is worded that way. So that no matter who disagrees with you, your opinions or anything you believe; laws CAN'T be made to take your rights. Any attempt to do so is unconstitutional, illegal and goes against every principle this country was found on.
