there's no solutions really since the countries that are growing the most don't care about this. India, Nigeria, etc.

It really isn't overpopulation. It's our dependence on fossil fuels. If you assume we cannot lose fossil fuels no matter what we do, then it's overpopulation, but that's ridiculous. If we had started making the investment into renwable research in the 80's we would almost certainly be off fossil fuels by now.

why should they care ? they aren't even using 1% of the energy the average american uses to wash his gigantic ass.

the future is nuclear power, everyone with some basic electricity knowledge realises this, but certain people still think that its possible to run a stable grid on solar and wind
