They're your average group of commies/anarchists who want to overthrow the existing system. Antifa doesn't really have a structure of any sort afaik.

There isn't much to decipher beyond that

Antifa has local structure, but no centralized structure. On the suggestion of

I looked into the KKK, and the modern KKK is similar, with lots of groups all individually organized but no national organization.

So a town's members might organize under the label of Antifa but there is no national power structure.
