If we had a movement for the last few decades to shut down things like breast cancer awareness because "all cancers matter" then I might agree, but it's really obvious that the "all lives matter" is just a thinly vailed way to say black lives matter less. How many times have you seen somebody asserting "all lives matter" when somebody else says "blue lives matter"? I've never seen it, but I've seen it asserted against "Black lives matter" more times than I can count.

To Crossbones I want to apologize for comparing you to the KKK, I don’t think it was the right way to debate you because I hold the belief that we can only defeat racism by not speaking about it anymore. I should have put a little more thought into that specific response so I apologize bro.

I see your point and I do think that the racist people certainly do use it as a fuck you to the blacks, but I don’t think as a whole that it diminishes the importance of police officers lives mattering just as much as black lives, which also make up a decent portion of the police force.

"Black Lives Matter" is inherently racist in nature. It indicates a special status for people based on the color of their skin. For me to elevate "black" people above brown, red, white, or yellow people is a racist act. I don't believe in participating in active racism. So, as stated in MY post, "Of course black lives matter. All lives matter." Don't be racist.

There's no comparison or equivalency between medical research funding attempts and social justice movements. And, quite frankly, there HAVE been protests against Prostate Cancer Awareness "movements" claiming they're attempting to divert funding away from women.

If the "Black Lives Matter" movement were legitimately attempting to raise funding to build up and invest in their communities, establish their own local law enforcement sources, etc. then I think they'd gain universal support. Instead, funding that goes towards BLM ends up being used to promote rioting, looting, and burning, and most of that rioting, looting, and burning also happens to occur in minority locations. Naturally, I do NOT support the burning down of minority communities, so I'm against the "Black Lives Matter" movement, because ALL LIVES MATTER, including black lives.

BLM is cancer to minority communities and urban development and stability.

Really? Because it's not "black lives matter and others do not". It's "black lives matter" and then says nothing about the nature of anybody else.

Police lives certainly do matter, but they aren't even in the top 10 most dangerous jobs. If we care about working conditions and danger, we should really be saying Garbage Men Lives Matter.
