Signatures by random people on the street is expected to have a high rejection rate. The usual number I've heard is to get double the signatures you need, at minimum.

Not comparable in the slightest to things like the double verification of signatures that we see in Georgia.

Signatures are an entirely subjective measurement and is based entirely on the bias of the arbiters that run the process.

no, thats not like at all how it works. proof of fraud overturns an election, proof of insecure system causes changes to the system, be it state or federal.
