People will definitely disagree from time to time with the same set of facts. Snipa and I just last week or so had a disagreement in the "Cancel Me" thread using the same set of facts and walked away understanding each other's position but disagreeing.

That's not what usually happens with Goom. What almost always happens is he strategically excludes facts to build a narrative, despite being shown those facts multiple times.

I'll give a specific example. When we were talking about Charlottesville Unite the Right rally he said it was a group of people coming together to protest confederate monuments coming down, and by extension when Trump said there were "very fine people" in reference to the August 12th rallies it wasn't calling Nazis very fine people. I pointed out it was organized by self-admitted white supremacists and he retorted that there were non-Nazis there. When I pointed out they literally marched through the streets chanting "Jews will not replace us" he said that there might have been people there that weren't chanting. When I pointed out all the speakers were also neo-Nazis so there was almost no chance that attendees weren't also white supremacists, the only thing he had to say was that they didn't technically write "white supremacist movement" on the protest permits and left the conversation without conceding an inch.

Now, this might be a case of ignorance. Ya know, it's not necessarily true that he knew all the things I brought up.

Except he did. Because by that point he had interacted with me on this subject multiple times. So I knew for a fact he was very aware of these things, and had been educated about them multiple times by being involved in the conversation when I brought these facts to the attention of other users.

His removal of facts is 100% intentional and he's been caught red handed multiple times doing this kind of manipulation by most users on the forum.

Maybe you should do some reflecting on why if Obama was a shit president and Trump is a good president people didn't start rioting. under Obama but did under Trump.

Maybe your standards for what makes a good president are wrong if a good president induces riots.

Or maybe you don't think Trump is a good president?
