definitely, but that's just how jsp works: a picture that show something gruesome is easy to identify - and no matter why you posted it, if you were being sarcastic or actually promoting the message, if it violates a specific rule, you get a ban.
a comment like that has to be read in context in order to identify what it actually advocates - and even though that's easy in this case, it might still be too much work for a mod, who might just be scanning for bad words.
