Are you circumcised? ;)
I am. And seeing the size of my pen, it can unequivocally be noted that the snipping did not constitute a "significant" medical procedure. Nor is my circumcised pen on display. Almost impossible for this procedure to cause someone lasting harm outside of fender's forebears' dominions.

Do you feel similarly for those who refuse medical treatment for religious reasons? Anti-vaxination? Circumcision?
Parents should be able to refuse treatment on religious grounds in some instances. Same for anti-vaxxers. I think it should be noted at what point the medical procedures cross lines between protecting a parent's rights and protecting the child's when the parent's rights appear to be in contradiction to the child's. Do I believe people should be vaccinated? Absolutely. Should they be forced to? No.

And since I'm a good libertarian who values freedom of parents to raise their kids the way they want I won't stop you
As always, rights of involved parties must be balanced against each other. It's the reason I feel the way I do about abortion. I absolutely think a woman deserves control over her body, but when that control results in the even more egregious, permanent revocation of someone else's rights, I have to balance in the child's favor.
