this is funny since my street name is so indian and foreign to english that in 5 years of living there ive never once NOT had to spell it for someone. be it in person or on the phone. i'm like 0 for 100.



private vs public means open to investment trading. it has nothing to do with store fronts.

public also sometimes applies to govt run businesses.

we brought up the 1st Amendment, you went into street signs and public signs. said signs arent language, only words are. so i asked if sign language is speech, you responded "sign language isnt a sign", and dodged my question.

then YOU asked if non-english street signs should be allowed, i said they are allowed, and gave several examples.
