>more than half of congress opposed Iran Deal
>all republicans opposed Iran deal
>sizeable chunk of democratic leadership opposed Iran Deal, ie Chuck Schumer, Hillary Clinton, etc
>even the biggest proponents in policy making circles admit its deeply flawed
so how come when I listened to NPR's broadcast today after Trump finished his announcement, they couldn't find a single voice opposing the Iran Deal to weigh in?
They did manage to bring on one of the Obama staffers involved in writing the Iran Deal.
I really don't trust politicians to review a deal like this in an unbiased manner, even a good chunk of Democrats since a good chunk of Democrats more closely align with Republicans than Democrats.
Being unbiased doesn't mean you take from both sides of the aisle, it means you take the informed side if the other side isn't. NPR isn't in the habit of feigning being unbiased by being completely neutral about everything.
I'd have to listen to the specific broadcast to know if they were really being unbiased though.
