With his and his son's balls in a vice and having already been thrown under the bus by Trump a year ago, with mounting legal bills, Flynn would be willing to sell Mueller on a deal for whatever he could provide
But as far as what Flynn has to offer, all we can point to is the reporting on it, which immediately went to saying he would testify about that december 2016 transition diplomatic back channel
If he had some other big shoe to drop, it probably would have dropped right away.
