Baby doesnt have to understand why or even what is a gun, he doesnt have to understand whats good or evil. He is just told to not use it yet he has it at its disposition in his box of toys.

Baby takes the gun, shoots someone and kills him.

So baby, who was completely ignorant in any matter whatsoever, had a gun at his disposal. The person who gave him was clearly aware of the consequences that could proceed from the use of the gun, hence the warning to NEVER use it.

Well you know what? Mommy said that she never wanted this and clearly said the baby he should NOT use the gun, deep down inside she only wanted its good. Mommy made it so until her death, every child she brings into this world must live with the guilt of that original crime and repent for it as if it was their own.

End of the story.

I never said the child that committed the crime shouldnt get any consequences.

I merely pointed how common sense tells you that you cant completely blame the child for his own action since he wasnt aware of the consequences and was intentionally put in that situation.

But more ridiculously than anything, would anyone really consider blaming every baby from now on for this particular mistake?
