ha now you ask trust me i seen it turn from blue to a milky white, maybe you have not noticed this affect when they spray the sky? you think contrails can do this you are mistaken...they use cleaner fuel ...but 1 idea is using dirty fuel on airliners too highten the blanket affect they want too achieve

...and what keeps these mystery chemicals in the spray airborne or keeps them from evaporating ?

like con trails should do? well I am in California sky not as cold here I can see airliners go by some do not stay around and some spray something out that does... soo I don't think it is as you say condensation

WEll that would depend on altitude if you would have read what Black posted. At the right heights it doesn't matter where you are in the world, its always cold.
