If this make any sense Canada's education is top 10 in the world. For kids to junior colleges.

https://www.expatriatehealthcare.com/the-8-top-performing-counties-in-the-world-education-ranking/

It's good in Southern Canada. Northern Canada its not. Most schools here have more vacant positions than teachers, for instance the school here kids cannot graduate university eligible for anything STEM. We don't have Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Calculus right now due to vacancy. And we have a 34% high school completion rate, and I don't dare guess at what the post secondary completion rate is for those that make it there of that 34%. I'd guess sub 10% but its not published.

You ignore basic facts lol..

You stated that the main reason people come to the US is to avoid sanctions.

Then your list of countries doesn't include Mexico (where the majority of people are coming from)

Almost nothing you said so far makes any sense.

You also implied earlier than usa was an opec member.

Go read bro. Stop watching activist news and learn to think for yourself.

Have you ever heard of the petrodollar ? Rather then gold it is now the only thing keeping the us Dollar viable sustaining our way of life.. Without the petrodollar we would be at war with the world.. Because war would be all we have .. Opec is not a member but it follows the golden rule keeping the dollar alive.. The two i spoke of are ExxonMobil and Chevron, i never claimed opec as one

They don't try avoid sanctions by coming here..They try to survive by leaving area with the sanctions.. lol And they travel through Mexico...Also Mexicans always came here for work that is nothing new..

lets not forget who are the top share holders

Exxon Mobil Corporation (XOM) Stock Major Holders

Vanguard Group Inc.: Holds the largest share, representing 9.98% of outstanding shares.
BlackRock Inc.: Second largest shareholder, holding 7.02% of shares.
State Street Corporation
They own everything

That is extremely worrisome, these are information on Canada that I am not familiar with.

My country is complicit. We own 4% of Black Rock as institutional share holders.
I wonder why my country gets involved with all the diversity and DEI stuff.

This is rather mind boggling :bonk:

That's because it's not representative of the majority of the population. Most are living within a few hundred kilometers or less of the USA border. Northern Canada is sparsely populated and offers zero conveniences that southern Canadians are used to and as a result makes it unattractive for people to relocate.

First product on Amazon I searched:

Kraft
Smooth Light Peanut Butter, 2kg
4.64.6 out of 5 stars (16.6K)
8K+ bought multiple times
Price, product page$10.97 ($5.49/Kilograms)
$10.42 Subscribe & Save
Save 5% on any 5
$41.31 delivery

Not exactly going to attract the average person who is consumed by consumerism and southern conveniences. Every university graduate these days have all enjoyed those things and to go back in time 20+ years is difficult for many.

Hongkong used to be quite enticing - but after China overreached and broke the 1 country 2 system agreement the exodus is real.
You don't want to send your kid to school to be indoctrinated.

HK was able to develop a distinct identity, so it is extremely understandable they want to have some say.

So to call it 'protest shit' is just bloody awful. Makes me angry to hear this level of ignorance and lack of insight - especially when you seem to know more of the world than just the Florida swamps.

You pay little taxes but EVERYTHING is expensive (except for food and transport). Housing? Cramped and among the most expensive world-wide.
Just pre school classes cost more than a grand a week and everything is crazy competitive.

So yeah, great if you are super rich - but the vast majority of people is not. So it's a struggle.

And that struggle will intensify crazily for everyone (who isn't a billionaire) - not just in the US

Fuck you kid. I am a Singaporean living in Hong Kong for the past 15 years.

I attended the 2014 Occupy Central protest and I amone of the first few who attended and march the 2019 Protest. I am part of the 2 Million March for the Extradition Bill.

I was even there during the Storming of the Legislative Council Complex. That is when I know it became shit because I was there.

You think you know more than me by saying it is ignorance or lack of insight.

On top of it I live next to Tin Hau Station, Victoria Gardens where all Major protest starts.

Don't talk shit.

Are there significant attempts to rectify these issues?
