We are focusing on MtF trans people because those are the ones who demand access to the privileges, protections and safe spaces which society reserves for women. FtM trans persons are much less of an issue: they don't gain access to special treatment thanks to their gender identity, are physically weaker and lack the "weaponry" to rape or molest others.
