This is nonsense. Paying off a pornstar for bad publicity is not a crime. Trump has not been charged with campaign finance violations, but when other campaigns are admittedly guilty (see: the Clinton campaign) they're typically settled with fines. The Democratic party, and voting base, elected to bring a former president to trial in a state court under novel legal theories for a supposed crime that has never been demonstrated and out of state jurisdiction.

Comey did his best to hide the fact that Hillary Clinton deliberately lied to FBI investigators. That's a crime, one which many other people are in jail for, but one for which she was never charged. The notion that Comey was swinging for Trump in any way is ludicrous, it's a simpleton's argument.

Trump was pursued on "novel" charges, as left-wing media was describing the case until recently, because the Biden administration calculated that they could beat Trump and wanted to snuff the oxygen out of challengers. That's not the action of anyone who believes Trump is some sort of existential threat. You've been lied to. Now they're losing to the weak candidate, and the answer is to double down rather than reflect on what has made this the least popular administration in the last 60 years.

It's an interesting question that's been talked about. Voters are open to saying convictions matter, but context is everything with polls and you can get radically different results by tweaking the wording. It'll be interesting to see how the next 8 weeks of polling plays out. .



What is an independent voter in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania more likely to think, that Trump was convicted fairly by a left-wing DA in front of a left-wing judge by a jury drawn from a pool that hates him? Or that Democrats are more worried about releasing criminals and illegal immigrants so that they can pursue their opponents on political charges? I don't know, we'll see.

11. Dems, after Mueller came back with no conviction, started in on Ukrainegate.
12. Dems used falsified statements by whistle blower and then by State Dept. members, to go for an Impeachment.
13. Dems, after failing to get Trump ousted started blaming Trump for covid-19 response, even though it's been proven that the W.H.O withheld crucial information from not only the US, but from the World.
14. Dems, after failing to damage the President of the US enough, with that... are now adding fuel to the fire, to incite to riot.
15. Dems then, use the resulting chaos to try to trap Trump between a rock and a hard place... whether or not to use the military to put a stop to the rioting and damage.
16. Dems now, call out their hole card, Mattis, to add edges to the rock and the hard place they've set up.
