Also a crash in heavy fog (flying strait into a mountain) could destroy the chopper immediately (explosion / fire) destroying all tracking devices on board. Just some more complications for you to consider.

As an israeli jew who have tons of iranian friends that I love to death, I can tell you they certainly want better for their country and are done with this garbage medieval regime.
This is why they moved out of there (and moving from Iran isn't as easy as you think).

no i grasp it, i just disagree. if the device was destroyed they wouldn't bother a rescue mission but they'd still have a tracker to the last known location it was before it went offline and they'd have people in there within 24 hours.

when trump was in office we fired a missile into an appartment complex and knocked out an iranian general without killing any other person in the complex. you really dont think we can handle fog? lol wtf.

Rescue teams don't fly when there's a combination of fog / mountains / forests. They stay grounded until the fog lifts.

You have to go in on foot assuming there are no roads that lead to the crash site.

No matter how advanced you are you're dealing with the same weather / terrain issues the Iranians had to deal with. Facts, deal with it
