the part that should infuriate you the most as a conservative is that over the last decade we have wasted literal billions of dollars on this issue.
Any functional system would provide repercussions to ensure this level of waste does not keep occurring, but since it’s the tax payer that fronts the bill, the incentive is lower
This case WILL turn to a settlement, at minimum property damage that St. Louis tax payers will front. The cops that did it with no actual punishment.
