See, this is the real issue. There's lots of very specific opinions on the impacts of puberty blockers, but they are based on literally nothing.

If you had come back and said "yeah I read this review" or "yeah this hospitals website says it" or anything, we could have a convesation. "It's a thought I had" is not how science or evidence works.

Nobody against these procedures knows anything about them. They will not ever produce evidence for their thoughts because it's just passively absorbed from sources like LibsOfTiktok and taken as gospel.

But I am not asserting anything. I am not claiming anything. I am just putting forth an idea, a possibility, for people to discuss. And I think it has substance. It is common knowledge that human bones fuse after a certain time.

Which is why I asked for his source, because I knew exactly where you could find it, and wanted to demonstrate beyond any doubt the opinion wasn't based on evidence. Becasue if it was it would have been as easy as "it was in your link".

I didn't say they have no potential adverse effects. I said they are used frequently without adverse affects. Which is true. You can often take medication and have no significant side effects, even if those side effects are possible.

It's not an opinion though. It's a possibility that hasn't been completely ruled out. I think we should discuss it if we are to be responsible.
