climate change, like covid, wont end the world. but like covid its gonna take out a decent number of people and cause a decent number of issues globally. whether its man made or not, whether it is .5 degrees or 2.5 degrees, the issues are already starting to present themselves. many areas of the US this year experienced uncharacteristic droughts, and the crop yields will affect pricing, for example. its not all doom and gloom and destroyed coastlines, there's a lot of meat and potatoes concerns. we still cant stop it, however.
I don’t disagree with any of that. Why I made the snide remark the sun will die out also one day. No one has an answer they just want to scream the world is ending. The shut down of fossil fuels in America won’t have the effect they believe it will. Maybe 100 years down the line they may have the infrastructure to do so, but it’s not now and it’s not in our timeline.
