The common consensus is Hunter is basically used by his family as the fall guy. There are a few strings that attach him to this. It is publicly known he is trash so it would be easy to use him while maintaining plausible deniability.

sure, but he's BOTH the fall guy who everyone knows is an incompetent crackhead AND the point man for his father's dealings in Ukraine?

so all involved know he's an utter mess, but he's the middleman for communicating what amounts to very serious international and US federal crimes?

it's like having an idiot in your platoon that everyone knows you'll send into a fox hole if you're not sure if it's clear, but also letting him carry around the flame thrower and 50 grenades 24/7.

The guy is a drug addict. Drug addicts engage in risky behavior to maintain their lifestyle. Being allowed to be a middle aged party animal with a seemingly endless supply of cash could be worth it to him. But being a drug addled loser doesn’t mean he is an incompetent moron. Obviously the Biden’s are objectively intelligent people. The main accusations against them is Hunter being planted innocently in big money exchanges. The problem is how obvious it is that he is not a brilliant businessman.

the timeline seems clear from the anti-Biden perspective. Hunter gets into the Ukrainian business, and then communicates with that business on behalf of his dad, claiming he's communicating with his dad.

for this to be true that means Biden and his handlers were literally sitting with Hunter and allowed him to throw around Joe's name. but in reality Joe has known just how loose of a cannon Hunter is for a LONG time. no intelligent person would allow Hunter to be their spokesperson in any capacity at all.

IMO Hunter got the job because they thought he could sway Joe, but Joe doesnt listen to Hunter seriously at all. He's his crackhead hooker banging son who seduced his other dead son's wife. So Hunter needed to keep the cash coming, and lied claiming he had Joe's ear.

now it gets bad for Joe when it's clear he called in a LOT of favors to cover up Hunter's bullshit. but i dont buy the international espionage with Hunter as point man.

how any politicians succeed with information at people's fingertips is beyond me.

Everyone really has to put the blinders on to ignore the absolute corrupt that is politics.

This situation here is completely separate from the Barisma thing though. This text is supposedly between Hunter and a Chinese official. The Ukraine thing was Hunter being on the board of an allegedly corrupt oil company he had no business being on.

But if you are inclined to believe Joe Biden is a shitty person, which many are, you would also be inclined to believe he would use his son as a pawn in his family’s wealth building.

It makes a whole lot more sense through the lens of Biden both being a hapless incapable old man, and being deeply emotionally compromised by the death of beau and being overly deferential to and protective of hunter as a result. Abusing his office to bail him out of trouble on the drug, gun and driving incidents was only a start. Maybe Joe Biden was only willing to have his son set up bribes and shakedowns because he knew it was the only way the shit could get a job to support his hedonist lifestyle. If Beau was still alive, would Joe get mixed up with Burisma and CEFC bribery rings? But Joe still clearly had the faculties to keep a handle on the business side if Hunter was loudly complaining about his dad taking half. Thats not the tale of an innocent old man being exploited by a prodigal son. I mean shit, the guy is the fucking president



Importantly, while Hunter was shaking down the chinamen, we already heard independently from Hunter's business partner how he arranged for his dad to swoop in 'randomly' on a meal with CEFC guys. Joe Biden was clearly participating at that point, sending an obvious message about his access (or teeth to hunters threat). That makes it pretty likely Hunter meant it when he said his dad was next to him. Either literally, or at least, consciously in on it.
It also directly contradicts Joe claiming he knew nothing about Hunters business and never met with the chinese. So what is it, was everyone else involved lying during contemporaneous messages to each other in private, with no motive to lie, or is Joe Biden lying publicly now with every reason to lie?
