you just don't get it. we might have the technology to remove paint, but the fact that some "tErRoRisTs!!1!" had the audacity to do this, to savagely "dEfiLe!!1!" the "mOsT iMpOrTanT LanDmArK iN tHe cOunTrY!!!1!" in the first place, put the entire nation into a collective shock. literally no one is able to move or act any longer, i've seen people crying in the streets, that's how upset everyone is about this absolute tragedy of an event. people already call it "germany's 9/11" - and i think that's still quite the understatement...

surely everything is lost now, we are doomed. doooooomed, i tell ya. turns out it's not a climate catastrophe that threatened the planet, but "tErRoRiSts!!1!" armed with spray cans of doom and national humiliation...

Here is some basic math for you.

The Brandenburg Gate consists of porous and fragile sandstone which soaked up the paint like a dry sponge. Also note that we could of course remove the paint if we wanted to - the challenge is removing it without damaging the structure. Also note that this is Berlin we're talking about, the gigantic clusterfuck and national embarrassment of a city which unfortunately happens to be our capital.

Well, Berlin-Mitte is probably the place with the highest support for the climate activists in all of Germany. The percentage of folks who condone their actions is definitely high over there.
