Find the trail of money and find the real reasons
Not Israeli occupation and not land.
Its all about religion.

And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed,
which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ:

Random takes from LeFigaro:

The Gaza crisis reveals how the region is experiencing a new world order. The United States has lost political clout and Iran has gained it. So many lessons for the Hebrew State.

- The discredit of the United States following its war of aggression against Iraq
- American vetoes of United Nations resolutions condemning Israeli colonization.
- The Israeli and Iranian people will get along very well again after the disappearance of the regime of the mullahs and the Likud, whose brilliant political strategy we have seen.

It seems a long way from the days of “shuttle diplomacy” when Henry Kissinger crisscrossed the Middle East between Israel and the Arab states in the 1970s. At the time, the United States ruled the region and had the ability to use carrots and sticks to bring the protagonists to compromise.

Regarding my previous post: I don't think EU countries will blind side with US & israel if the conflict extends, on the contrary.

Americans themselves could also change their mind or not going forward.

An Ipsos survey conducted for Reuters revealed 41% of Americans support providing arms for Ukraine, while just 31% supported weapons for Israel.

is this part sarcasm?

Israel is secretly allied with Saudi Arabia, Iran is simultaneously fighting against both Israel and Saudi Arabia.

how would a regime change shift that?

You are focusing on one random take away but np: ofc they would do peace if mullah & likud would be gone which is not happening tomorrow.

Iran was the second Muslim-majority country to recognize Israel[9] as a sovereign state after Turkey.[10][11] Israel viewed Iran as a natural ally as a non-Arab power on the edge of the Arab world, in accordance with David Ben Gurion's concept of an alliance of the periphery. Israel had a permanent delegation in Tehran which served as a de facto embassy, before Ambassadors were exchanged in the late 1970s
