lol so now you're stuck in a corner where you're saying "it's my opinion that a spurious charge should be sent to courts that will be thrown out without a trial and clog up the system, and there's nothing you can do about it! haha i owned you!".

you clearly dont get the law and are just retreating into a transparently pathetic position lol. everyone who read your post clearly knows you meant that it was a criminal act that should be prosecuted, then you got proven wrong on that so you've sadly shifted back to a matter of opinion of what elon's lawyers should email a DA.

thanks, that was actually a funny squirm to watch you make. dumb statement, double down, retreat.

And it's not fine in the literal linguistic sense unless clearly stating it's a parody or satire

i dont need to google them, i studied them in actual law school lol.

like i said in the post you failed to address, you need to draw a straight line from griffin's posts to musk's wallet and prove that every dollar you're alleging is her fault is 100% her responsibility. in this case that's impossible. it cannot be done legally, even if we can agree that logically she's causing him some unknowable amount of financial harm. it could be 1$, it could be 1 million. you can't draw the straight line. and it would be a civil case anyways, not a criminal matter, even in the relaxed setting of a civil case it's not possible. where would you even start? go ahead! tell us.

turns out the self-proclaimed "free speech absolutist" is just another whiny snowflake who's happy to censor any speech he doesn't like (while "freeing" anti-semitism, racism, and blatant misinformation)... who would have thought?!

I said it should. That's my opinion, you can't change that no matter how much you type

And I think your opinion is fucking stupid, and you can't change that no matter how much you type.

There's also nothing in the text of Section 107 of the Copyright Act that explicitly states that parody must be announced as such. Read the decision in Campbell v Acuff-Rose Music for more reasons why you're wrong.

I said:

"Impersonators should be held accountable in a court of law buddy, booting them from twitter is just a first step."

Musk could, he wouldn't even notice the costs. I never said he will.

I said they SHOULD be held accountable.

Nice to see them getting the boot but IMO impersonators with clear intention to do harm should face legal action.

so your opinion can be boiled down to "this thing that is impossible should be possible"

meanwhile clogging up court systems with dumb cases, while we have many areas in the country that have cases against real hardened criminals pushed back 6 months or a year denying victims of actual crimes justice.

yeah putting on a elon musk nametag and saying "i drink my own pee" totally deserves to delay a murder trial in the queue....

no court would touch these "cases" you've dreamed up with a 10 foot pole, your post is about as dumb as any woke idiots idea of "in my mind i envision a world with no guns or crime". it's stupid and not how the world works.

If you impersonate staff, you get banned on Every online platform.

How is this even a point of contention.

Dems really got people hysterically doing whatever they want them to do.
At what point are the Democrats no longer a political party and can be finally labeled a terrorist organization.

Fucking imposters with the intend to do harm should face legal action.

And I don't care about your fucking stupid opinions either.

Like defund the cops some more, idiots
