like i said in the post you failed to address, you need to draw a straight line from griffin's posts to musk's wallet and prove that every dollar you're alleging is her fault is 100% her responsibility. in this case that's impossible. it cannot be done legally, even if we can agree that logically she's causing him some unknowable amount of financial harm. it could be 1$, it could be 1 million. you can't draw the straight line. and it would be a civil case anyways, not a criminal matter, even in the relaxed setting of a civil case it's not possible. where would you even start? go ahead! tell us.
