I'd recommend state-sponsored hysterectomies for those unable to pay for their health insurance. It'd kill to birds with one stone.
It'd reduce the costs of these women getting their vajayjays and related tubing checked out and it'd put a dent in the nation's abortion numbers.
Afterall, we all know it's these poor sloots who get themselves knocked up.
