Have you eaten corn, McDonalds, soy, tomatoes, sugar, etc? Do you strictly only eat organic food? If not, you've most likely ingested and put GMO's into your body. A significantly large majority of mass farmed fruits, vegetables, and meats (through their feed) come from GMO's.
With basic understanding of high-school sciences and biology you'd understand that GMO's aren't a bad thing, especially when it comes to vaccines or medicine.
An example of this is insulin. E-coli bacteria was genetically modified to produce synthetic insulin in the human body that reduced blood sugar levels in humans, allowing them to survive the diagnosis of diabetes.
