Since the audio is of an elected President discussing evidence that proves Pentagon officials are misleading the American people (Miley claiming Trump wanted to attack Iran), I don't see any problem. My only issue is he didn't make the file public to the entire public, I don't care if it's classified. If he has evidence that the military is lying to the people, the people have a right to know about it.
This is a fight between an elected official and unelected Pentagon/FED spooks. I always side with the peace candidate, so I side with Trump. Warmongers stay seething and remember John McCain is burning in hell.
No, it's audio of a former president apparently showing a classified document to randoms.
Trump was president for 4 years and he failed to pull out of Afghanistan. He expanded the defense budget. He assassinated an Iranian general in Iraq. Calling him a peace candidate is laughable.

Wait, so y’all have been celebrating an audio recording that may or may not prove guilt in something that has nothing to do with this case ?
The audio is evidence of Trump's knowledge about how he had classified documents, so it's relevant to the case.

It's a pretty weak case. Just saying. A document case carrying a prison sentence is laughable. The State only sends the people who inform the public to prison. Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, that autistic air force minecraft dude. Meanwhile, James Comey could leak shit for days and not a peep. Photos of the raid are published and no one is held to account. I don't side with warmongering feds and child rapists, so you, Miley and Sleepy Joe should just turn in for the night.
Could you explain how the case is weak? I understand that because Trump violated certain laws, you no longer agree with those laws, but that's different than saying a case is weak. The case is incredibly strong, there's really no chance Trump can win this on the merits, though he may get lucky with a Trump cultist in the jury or as the judge.
Also, what's laughable about someone going to prison for removing and retaining classified documents? Here's a recent example of someone going to prison for it:
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/former-fbi-analyst-sentenced-nearly-4-years-classified-docs-rcna90509The government has an interest in protecting classified information and national defense information, so obviously people who illegally remove and retain it should face the possibility of jail time.
