Wearing masks outdoors while 2 meter distances can be kept is really unnecessary. Inside shops or in public transport, or in really crowded streets? Sure. But not outdoors on a half-empty street.
Research is pretty conclusive that it takes sustained close contact for the virus to have a notable probability of being spread. A fleeting encounter while, for example, walking past each other on the street, carries an exceedingly low risk of transmission.

The problem indoors is that a cloud of aerosol particles containing the virus will build up, so mask wearing makes sense there. But this way of transmission is not relevant outdoors because the aerosols get diluted immediately to the point where the concentration of virus particles is not sufficient for infection.

What the fuck do you know about recovery? I've worked with over 4000 individuals in the context of acute crisis stabilization, including taking care of people until meth voices stop telling them to kill themselves and getting them to rehab program.

What do you know about this? Because I'm way past theory and am in advanced practice....I've put theory into practice thousands of times, and now i manage utilization and get called in only on the toughest cases.

I know a little about addictions buddy. I can even talk inteligently about the roots of the heroin epidemic in the Midwest and where it came from. I have a neat idea for a book about it based on nonfiction studies juxtaposed with Albert Camus' novel The Plague.
