And i am asking you:

Sending people to jail for speaking is authoritarianism or democracy ?

it depends right

you have to clarify what speaking means, like what did the person say, what were their actions before and after what they said, where was the person when they said that etc etc

you make a very dumb and extremely blanket question that honestly answers nothing either way

in essence putting someone in jail for "speaking" isnt either because you are trying to compare apples to oranges.

your propaganda has fooled you into believing that all of a sudden out of nowhere the judicial branch of government is partisan

well it isn't, thats the whole point of the judicial branch in fact

Yeah the judicial branch isn't partisan, sure
meanwhile, an innocent woman with a spotless record makes a mistake due to an aggression by the violent perpetrator- which isn't a crime under the law, yet goes to prison for years after a show trial
a serial child rapist and multiple hardened gang banging murderers who killed innocent victims in carjackings get set free with no prison time
guess which one belongs to the minority hated by the partisan group in control of the courts, and which ones belongs to the favored group the partisans make every excuse for

if you want to get into the specific cases of which there are thousands if not millions spanning hundreds of years and setting thousands of precedent while over writing thousands of precedent that would take a long ass time and be fruitless

if you look at it as a whole then it is clear is not partisan

If you look at specific cases, its obviously partisan. If you look at it as a whole, then its obviously undeniably so partisan its like its dancing naked in front of us with "partisan" tattooed all over it.
Every element of the judicial system from prosecutorial discretion to bureaucratic policies to judicial independence to jury decisions all just reflect society's biases, not some pristine magical unicorn of impartial justice.

The integrity of the US justice system is beyond question, anyone who disagrees is a dangerous dissident who should be jailed tbh

Unless of course it defies my flavor of the week politics, in which case storming the Supreme Court and burning down police stations is completely justifiable and in fact the only option for true American patriots

you understand that is literally russian propaganda trying to convince dumb hogs that authoritarianism is better than democracy

OK here is an example:

Clearly you experience intense animosity towards "dumb hogs" and "authoritarianism"

Should you be sent to jail for saying "Death to authoritarian dumb hogs whom i consider to be worse than genocidal communists!" ?
