So as a believer in heliocentrism, your acceptable with the high priests of NASA formulating the shape of the universe for you,

but at the same time you're better than the people who subscribe to what the high priests of religion said about the shape of the universe?

I'm just trying to figure out what gives you the moral elevation to mock others.

Since my birth, my family has slowly migrated further and further West, across Asia, Europe, the Atlantic, and eventually most of North America. I eventually re-visited my place of birth by flying West across the Pacific. How is it possible to come to the same point on a flat Earth, while traveling only Westward?

If you truly believed this which I know you do not because you are a troll.

Then nothing I or anyone else could say would change your mind.

Get on a plane and go East and keep going East and guess what? You will eventually end up back in the same spot. Please do explain that one to me then if you are not a troll? Simple logic.

There's also a difference between true north and magnetic north.

We measure most modern travels based on GPS or magnetic north.
That means circumnavigation can be unwarily circular as one passing across a vast plane only has to rotate northerly a minuscule amount.
If pilots can't recall having to pitch the nose down to follow the "curvature" of the earth, we shouldn't expect them to recall tiny angular movements left or right.
Especially when almost all intercontinental flights traverse the north pole instead of following WE/EW

Wait, so the idea is that the north pole is at the "center"? Oh that's hilarious! Care to explain how a flight like Qantas 27 can make it to Australia from Santiago in 13 hours, while Qantas 96 takes 16 hours from LA? According to the map, LA is a good 40-50% closer.
