I don't forsee much riots between now and inauguration. Most people (Trump dissidents specifically) have probably already somewhat come to terms with how they would feel given Trump won in 2024 (shock value/denial is not comparable to 2016). They've spent the previous 4 years in constant cycle of anger. Trump wasn't in office and still nobody missed a beat to make everything about orange man. That's not healthy.

I think tone will be more depressing and less indenciary from democrats.

It also took much longer than 1 day to count the votes last time. Americans got better at counting in the last 4 years? Hmmm. We're still election deniers? Hmmm.

Australia sucks, can't blame him for leaving. Any australians talking shit about america or canada need to, at the very least, admit that their country is way worse.
