Fun fact: this judge I am talking about - Stephan Harbarth, who has meanwhile been promoted to Chief Justice of the German Supreme Court - used to work as a lawyer at a law firm in the early 2000s, before becoming a member of parliament. It was at this very law firm at this very point in time that the so-called "Cum-Ex" scheme was contrived which allowed banks to legally rob the public for over €10 billion in tax refunds. And guess who's also involved in the Cum-Ex scandal: our current chancellor Olaf Scholz who was looking the other way in his role as then-Minister of Finance when this Cum-Ex legal loophole became public knowledge.
yep

since you added that, lets not forget that harbath also impressed with like 80k+ a month in side money while being a full time parliament member, which triggered an investigation
that law firm also supported VW in their efforts to hide the "diesel scandal" and he never had the qualification for that supreme court job in the first place

i love how our resident nazi-party supporting authoritarian shills are acting like their lies about hungarian "freedom" and "democracy" weren't just debunked into oblivion by actual facts, and instead resort to the moronic "you think we're so much better?" narrative, desperately trying to suggest that everything that isn't perfect is therefore equally rotten / corrupt / un-democratic. dishonest to the core those guys...
no answer is also an answer
meanwhile in reality i cant wait to enjoy a nice summer night in budapest without worrying about an encounter with some afghan rocket scientists and their knives
