Social media and tech companies respond by banning people who talk about it / censoring links. The NYPost is still banned from twitter, and they're the 5th largest newspaper
The mainstream media tries to help cover it up despite the streisand effect
Giuliani continues to dole out dirt from his trove a slice at a time, and Trump will try to hammer Biden with it in tomorrow's debate, and god willing we might see the media try to literally silence Trump when he talks about it
