Lol. It looked like the crappy Morning Consult poll had Clinton back up 43%-40% after a 44%-40% Trump lead, while CBS gave her a 46%-39% lead after a 42%-42% tie. They had her net favorability gaining 11 points and his back down to pre-convention levels. Gallup had a survey all about the conventions (Clinton's speech better received, Dems got better party consolidation with their supporters/leaners 81% to 73%, 44%/42% were more/less likely to support Clinton after the DNC vs. 36%/51% for Trump) and I guess they're still not doing horserace numbers after their disastrous 2012 outing.



And? "Gun grabber" Antonin Scalia reaffirmed that the people, ie the court, through the people, have the right to determine what limitations exist on their rights. That's how our government works.

He's already trying to weasel out of debating.

It's a multi-part plan: 1) Stall furiously in hopes he can bully the CPD, or at least de-legitimize the process in the eyes of his know-nothing supporters in the event he does have to debate so that he'll be insulated in case he bombs on stage. 2) Ask his dummies to start telling pollsters they support Johnson in order to bump him up to 15% support, then drop the demand he'll only debate Clinton if Johnson is included. 3) Then go back to stalling, using a disagreement on the format (who is included) as an excuse to not have to debate at all. 4) If he does have to debate, with Johnson included, spend the whole night running away from Clinton. 4a) If he has to debate without Johnson, spend the whole night whining that the process "was rigged" by Clinton against him.

Will, there's his straight up lie about getting a letter from the NFL and trying to claim the debates are rigged, which definitely looks like laying the groundwork for eventually tucking tail.
