Iirc, she didn't "beetlejuice" her boyfriend in the halls of the Senate, so the comparison doesn't make sense.

lol, wrong. you could say that about demographic CHANGE, but "replacement" means something else entirely.
Lol, employer lobbyists in the media and politics keep stressing how we need large volumes of immigration to replace all the boomers which will retire in the coming years.
And while the white population in the West has still been rather stagnant right now and over the previous decade, its age profile (lots of old boomers, significantly fewer young folks coming up) dictates that it will begin to actually shrink very soon. Just look at Japan, a country with a super old population and very low levels of immigration: they've already lost 6 million people compared to their peak population in the late 00s, and it's only going to accelerate. Japan is 5-10 years ahead of us when it comes to the aging society, so similar trends will soon hit in Europe and NA too.
When it comes to the
share of the population or electorate, instead of absolute numbers, the decline of the white/local population is already in full swing. An example that I like to bring up: GHWB in 1988 and Mitt Romney in 2012 received a nearly identical share of the white and black vote, yet what was good enough for a landslide Republican victory in 1988 lead to a solid Democratic victory just 24 years later. Those are facts, not conspiracy theories.
