Youtube is testing a new algorithmic form of censorship that is flagging and censoring videos using AI to detect the language for 'racism'
It is apparently in effect, because it flagged and removed a video by a prominent chess channel talking about "black vs white pieces"
He got an automated messages saying it wasn't abiding by community guideline policy and gave him a strike and removed his live stream.
Despite being literally a chess video about a match against Hikaru Nakamura, his attempt to repeal it was also automatically rejected under the "Harmful or dangerous content" policy, and disabled his channel from streaming for a week.
